DMG MORI is extending its DMF moving column portfolio with the introduction of the DMF 600|11, a new model engineered for XXL 5-axis machining of large structural components and complex parts.

Designed to meet growing demands for flexibility and precision, the DMF 600|11 accommodates workpieces up to 6,000 × 1,100 × 1,050 mm and 12,000 kg. An optional partition wall enables the machining area to be divided into two independent work zones, allowing parallel setup and processing—an advantage in environments with high component diversity and small batch sizes, such as semiconductor and die & mold applications.

The machine supports independent configurations with A-axis or C-axis rotary tables in each working area. With a load capacity of up to 2,000 kg, the tables enable full 5-axis machining of components up to 1,400 mm in diameter and 1,050 mm in height.
