TETRAMINICUT TO EXPAND SH7025 GRADE INSERT LINE

TetraMiniCut high-precision grooving and thread turning solution incorporates 4-edged precision-ground inserts. The combination of a uniquely shaped insert and a three-point clamping system provides high clamping rigidity and excellent edge positioning accuracy, enabling secure high-precision grooving and thread turning operations. In addition to the general-purpose TCP insert for grooving, the TCF insert for face grooving and TCT insert for thread turning address the needs from a wide range of applications.

The latest SH7025 PVD coated grade inserts have been added to the TCP, TCF, and TCT inserts. SH7025 provides excellent surface quality and stable long life in machining small parts in various work materials. The combination of an extremely wear-resistant columnar-structured TiCN coating and a multilayered TiAlN coating reduce wear progression and cutting edge fracture, resulting in superior surface quality. In addition, the gold color finish of the insert surfaces makes it very easy for operators to check for edge wear and identify unused corners, even in low-lighted job shops and machine tools.
