Tungaloy has expanded its TinyMini-Turn solid carbide miniature boring tool system to include JBBS-4N line of coolant-through sleeves with four coolant holes designed to ensure sufficient coolant supply to the cutting point. Also added are new shank sizes for JBBSA-C sleeves with an integrated collet chuck.
With the improved "Multiplate" solution, manufacturers can print up to 400 teeth in one piece. The 3D printer works overnight without the need for employees to be present. The solution helps dental labs avoid bottlenecks during peak orders and works approximately ten times faster than milling.
