Industry 4.0 and digital processes are indispensable for future manufacturing growth. While many companies understand the importance of automation, they sometimes struggle to make it a reality. They need a strong partner with the know-how to guide them.
Tungaloy has expanded its BoreMeister ID turning tool system with solid steel boring bars with a cylindrical shank in 4xD depth capacity and TungCap adapters with polygon-shank coupling (PSC) machine side connection in depth capacities of 2.5xD, 3xD, and 5xD, covering a comprehensive range of ID turning applications.
Wisconsin based Integrity Saw & Tool Inc. has purchased a VOLLMER CHX 840 circular saw blade sharpening machine with the VOLLMER HS automated loading station to provide capacity for a significant order the company has won from a new pallet manufacturing customer. The VOLLMER CHX 840 has increased productivity by 60%, permitted unmanned running and improved blade quality – without the VOLLMER CHX 840, fulfilling the new order ‘would have been impossible’.
From now on you will find the entire industrial automation product portfolio united on one website.
